Specialised was engaged by Maben in the final six months of the Quest at Watergardens project to manage the coordination and integration of all services and oversee the owners’ sign-off process. Quest at Watergardens, located on Kings Road between the office precinct and Watergardens Hotel, features 86 serviced apartments across five levels, offering studio, one, two, and three-bedroom options.
The apartment hotel provides community-style living, conference facilities, car parking, and modern, light-filled apartments equipped with kitchens and laundry facilities. Specialised’s role included leading client interface and project coordination meetings, managing and reporting on commissioning to meet ESD requirements, coordinating commissioning and testing meetings, overseeing all trades, and ensuring the integration of services into a unified IT network. Design and engineering advice were provided throughout the completion phase.
