Epping Plaza - Hunter & Gatherer

The Specialised team were appointed by Maben Group to assist with the delivery of the Hunter & Gatherer fresh food market precinct at Epping Plaza for QIC.

The project involved the regeneration and expansion of the existing Hunter & Gatherer fresh food market precinct, anchored by a new Woolworth’s Supermarket with direct to boot service, a new Sacca’s Fine Foods large format food market tenancy, an expanded specialty fresh food offering and an upgrade to the existing carpark and landscaping.

Our role on the project included – – Working through an ECI phase of the project with the project partners.
– Review of design and documentation packages and assess against QIC master brief and associated departures.
– Oversee and manage the delivery of a building services Design and Documentation package prior to final sign-off.
– Working with the Maben team to identify, manage and resolve coordination issues including individual tenancy requirements (lessor v lessee responsibilities).
– Coordinate and manage the D&C Building Services sub-contractors throughout the construction and commissioning works.
