This innovative building spans over 50,000 square metres and includes multiple levels of GMP and non-GMP spaces, along with premium office and amenities.
Specialised’s responsibilities encompassed preparing tender estimates and budgets, negotiating a five-year, multi-million-dollar contract for the client, and managing the preparation, tendering, and award of 60 work packages across internal teams and service delivery partners. Additionally, Specialised handled staff recruitment and developed a GMP-grade Quality Management System (QMS) to support both prequalification and ongoing operations.
