Spanning 89,821 square metres with over 145 specialty stores, it attracts more than 12.2 million visitors annually. A thorough assessment of building services was conducted to develop a long-term capital plan focused on sustainability and efficiency. Criticality assessments helped prioritise expenditures based on business risks, while data from historical work orders and service reports provided insights into failure rates. Collaborating with site management and subcontractors deepened our understanding of failure patterns, leading to smarter asset management strategies. These included extending the life of select assets by replacing specific sub-systems, balancing risk management and budgetary considerations.
