In the final six months of the project, a key client engaged Specialised to coordinate and integrate all services, focusing on implementing a new central energy plant to supply power, HVAC, and fire services across the site.
Specialised initially led the team to commission the building as a self-contained unit, followed by a managed transition to full site-wide integration. The project involved comprehensive black start testing to confirm operational reliability.
Specialised’s work included client interfacing, project coordination, commissioning management, integration and testing meetings, overseeing service convergence into an IT network, providing design and engineering advice, liaising with authorities and the client, and detailed programme planning.
